If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly or a product is faulty, we will rectify the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item. Any descrepancies of incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. All faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements can be sent. Please make a request via our contact us form to receive authorisation and details of the procedure. All packaging etc must be returned to us making sure all returned items are packed well to arrive in saleable condition. In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate that you don't open it unless you are sure you'd like to keep it.
In your returns request on our contact us form please supply the following information.
- Order ID / Invoice number
- SKU (part number) of the item
- The reason for your returns request
These facts help us attend to the problem quickly. If we have any other questions we will either email or telephone you to get things sorted out. A RMA number will be emailed to you that you should mark on your return parcel for quick identification on it's return.
In the case of a refund being required, we will refund you using the same method of payment you used to place the original order.
Change of Mind or Ordered Incorrectly
Any goods supplied as ordered but the purchaser "changed their mind" about the goods ordered may be returned with the following conditions. The goods must be returned at the customers cost and sealed as new, in their original packaging. You must request authorisation within 7 days of receiving them to return any goods from our contact us form and when posting back to us include please include the RMA number that would have been emailed to you with the aproval to return. There will also be a 10% re-stocking charge on most products and 20% on machines and tool ranges on the refunded value of the goods.
