Pre cut means the shapes are already cut out ready to glue together. So easy to do, find the main picture, mount it and then continue layering the following pictures until your design is complete. Each layer is raised in height by using double sided foam tape, foam dots or silicone. We sell the foam dots, foam pads, silicone and foam tape under our Adhesive section.
