We offer as many ways as we can to pay for your goods to make it as easy as possible when shopping with us. Unlike many on-line shops you don't need a credit card to shop with us. Below you will see a list of payment methods we currently accept. Just choose one of the methods you want to use at the end of the checkout procedure.

Credit Cards

Visa & Mastercard is accepted for all orders. Your credit card details are protected by our own dedicated secure web server.

Money Order

Use only if drawn in Australian Dollars. Please post to:

Please quote your order ID. Goods will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

Direct Deposit / Wire Transfer

If you choose "Wire Transfer" At the check out we will email our Bank details to you shortly afterwards for you to directly deposit the money into our bank account. You will find the details on your email confirmation. If you don't receive this within a few minutes please contact us to check it.

 

Cheque

Cheques must be in Australian Dollars and drawn on an Australian Bank. Please post to:

Please quote your order ID shown at the top of your order confirmation. Goods will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

Phone Order

This maybe used by those that wish to ring through their credit card details for their peace of mind. Please complete your order to the end to receive your email confirmation and order ID number. You can find the order ID at the top of your order confirmation.
Our telephone number is displayed at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

Fax Order

Use our fax number to send your credit card details on after completing the shop order. As long as you quote the order number you are paying there is no need to send a copy of the order.
You will find details of our fax number at the bottom of your order confirmation email.

PayPal

To pay using your PayPal dollars simply select PayPal and you will be directed to the PayPal site. The details of your order will be entered into the PayPal page and you can follow their prompts for payment.

Please note, we suggest using this method if you already have PayPal dollars in your account but if you want to use your credit card with PayPal it would be better to use our own secure payment system.

If you use their "e-cheque" payment option your order will be delayed as they don't pass authorization to us until your payment is cleared and that can take several days.

How to pay using your reward points

Log into your account
Add items to your cart
Upon checkout, select "Points" payment method.
Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
Click "Submit Order"
If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will then prompt you for another payment method for the outstanding amount.
