For each dollar you spend you earn 1 reward point

You can redeem your points at an exchange rate of 20 points to $1! So if you spend $100 in our web shop, you will get $5 off your next order if you choose to or continue to save them. Save up your points like any other reward program and spend them when you like. You can choose to use any number of available points at any time against orders placed on our web shop. To redeem your points just choose "Points" as your payment method at the checkout. If you spend more than the points you have simply choose another payment method after you have chosen and used the points you have. A small number of items do not have points available when purchased. Each product shows the number of points issued when purchased.

Example:

• Log into your account
• You will see your total of available reward points by the welcome message at the top centre of the page.
• Alternatively, you can click on modify profile and you will see the total points you have left at the top.

Do I have to create an account to collect points?

• Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have an account. It's FREE. See our Privacy Policy for how we use your personal information.
• You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points.

How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?

• Log into your account
• Add items to your cart
• Upon checkout, select "Points" payment method.
• Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
• Click "Submit Order"
• If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method to pay the balance of your order beyond the value of your points used.

How do I know how many points I have earned per order?

• Log into your account
• Click on "Orders History"
• Select which order you want to look up.
• There you will see the Points Earned for this Order and any Points Applied for a discount

Please note : Your reward points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Reward points can only be earned and claimed by using our web shop and must be applied as you check out. We can't manually deduct any of your points after your order has been placed you are responsible for using the points checkout system at the time of ordering.
