Lay-By Conditons :: Blue Edge Crafts

Prices
Any goods that are purchased under our lay-by agreement will have their prices fixed as at the time of ordering the items. Not all goods from Blue Edge Crafts are available for lay-by. Any products that are for sale on lay-by will have our "lay-by" option within the full product details section. If you wish to make a purchase on lay-by please add the product you would like from the lay-by category to the shopping cart and checkout in the normal way. You will be able to choose the payment method for your initial order and each time you make a payment you can choose any payment method you wish.

Payments
After the initial order and deposit payments should be made no less than every 2 weeks. All lay-by orders must be paid for in full within 3 months from the initial invoice date. Extra payments may be made at any time.

Payments can be made by selecting our "Lay-By Payment link. From there you may enter the amount you would like to pay, enter the order ID number from the invoice you ordered your goods on. You will find the order ID number at the top of your original invoice emeiled to you. It is just below the word "INVOICE" in the centre. This allows us to easily match up your payment to your order. Check out of the site in the normal way to select the payment method you want to use for your lay-by payment. You will receive a confirmation of the payment by email as standard.

Finalise the Sale
As soon as your lay-by is completely paid off the goods will be shipped to you.

Cancelling a Lay-By
If you change your mind or are late in making the specified payment you are in breach of contract. By law we have the right to cancel the lay-by if you do not pay on time or observe any other conditions of the lay-by. You will lose the right to purchase the goods and we may claim 'fair damages'. A cancellation of a lay-by at anytime will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
