Minimum Order Value
We currently don't have a minimum order value but we do have flat rate postage charges. You can see these on the front page and every other page on the right hand side of the site so, whatever the value of your order you will be paying that flat rate postage cost.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include the 10% GST where applicable. Postage and handling is additional and will added to you order before checkout. Our prices may change at anytime without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations and manufacturers price changes. We always aim to keep prices as low as possible so that you can rely on us to be as competitive as we can when it comes to our prices.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to keep our products in stock and our stock figures as accurate as possible. From time to time this can fail and something reported in stock can be missing. Any orders affected by this will be amended and another confirmation emails of the amended order will be sent as soon as possible. Should an item be shown as out of stock when ordering you will be able to place yourself on an automatic “Back in Stock” notification system by going to the detailed screen of the product. There you will see an “Email me when available” button that by clicking you will be added to the notify list.
Payment Options
There are 7 payment methods available through our web site. You don't have to have a credit card to purchase from us. You can see full details of them from this link "Ways to Pay"
Shipping
Care is taken to pack your goods in a way to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. All orders available from stock should be shipped within 2 working days, once payment has been received / cleared. All efforts are made to ship everything as soon as possible.
If Direct Deposit is chosen as your payment method please allow up to 2 working days for the funds to be made available in our account. We check our bank everyday to minimize delays All orders are shipped using Australia Post, and carry a return address in case of a mis-routed delivery as well as a "receipted delivery" sticker. This allows you to track your order once we have shipped.
Postage Rates
Our latest rates are shown on the front page of our site. We believe you need to know how much you will pay before taking your time to choose your items. Please note that we operate a flat rate postage charge regardless of weight of parcel or area of Australia for delivery. As we are based in the Adelaide Metro region there is a lower rate for the local area, also shown on the front page of our site.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you order something and it is supplied incorrectly or a product is faulty, we will rectify the situation as soon as possible and send you the correct item. Please make a request via our contact us form to receive authorisation and details of the procedure. All packaging etc must be returned to us. In the case of the incorrect item being sent, we would appreciate your not opening it unless you are sure you'd like to keep it. All claims must be made within a reasonable time from the delivery date.
Change of Mind:
Any goods supplied as ordered but the purchaser " changed their mind" about ordering may be returned but with the following conditions. The goods must be returned at the customers cost and sealed as new, in their original packaging. You must request the right to return any goods by email and include a copy of the email from Blue Edge Crafts in the package accepting the return. There will also be a 10% re-stocking charge on most products and 20% on machines and tool ranges before refunds are made.
